Glen Smith earned his Bachelor of Music Performance from the University of North Texas. He has been teaching guitar and bass for 20 years, 12 of them at Dietze. Theory, composition, song writing/arranging can also be learned from Glen. He also teaches people how to create with Garage Band and to get the most out of their computers.
Currently:
Glen maintains a studio of 55 – 60 students per week
Glen currently records and tours with : Mannheim Steamroller
Glen also plays locally with the Modern Rock Cover Band: The Labels

He has also performed with: Ray Charles, War, Bruce Hornsby and the range. Classical experience with The Omaha and Lincoln Symphonies, The Dallas Opera, The Fort Worth Symphony, North Texas Lab bands, Russ Morgan Orchestra, Bobby Layne Orchestra, Guy Lombardo, Doc Severinsen.
